Notification of Notes being added to an Incident

Hi

We have some users ( and I would agree ) that would like to get a notification in the mobile App or via Email that a Note has been added to an Incident.

We are using the Subcribers functionality to keep stakeholders informed, but would like a separate channel ( Notes ) for discussion between Responders, and track information.

Is it possible for Responders to receive Notes alerts, or filter Subscriber Updates for Stakeholders or Responders. ?

Hi Andrew,

At this time, the system does not have the ability to send notes updates to stakeholders/subscribers, however, status updates should still send notifications to the users based on their notification rules.
